    • This was described by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall as "the best artisan charcuterie in the UK." Only meat from free range traditional breed livestock is used, with no artificial flavourings or colourings.


      We sell it in packs serving 2-4 people, but we highly recommend the Charcuterie Platter, for 4 people, prepared by our own chefs, presented on a beautiful wooden tray ready to serve as your party piece, already garnished with figs and parmesan shavings. The platter includes a selection of Monmouthshire Air-Dried Ham, Beef Carpaccio, Wild Boar, Red Wine & Pork Salami and Spicy Chorizo.
