The ingredients used are sourced for their quality from the UK and around the world. Organic stone ground English flour, English free range and organic eggs, organic British butter and organic raw cane sugar are components that are the basis of all Popina creations. These simple elements are the very essence their Award winning range of handmade sweet and savoury tarts, biscuits, crackers and brownies. In their kitchen each week somebody cracks 6000 eggs, by hand.
