Stokes Redcurrant Jelly

Rich and smooth but not to sweet with a high fruit content. A traditional accompaniment to a roast dinner, also ideal for cold meat sandwiches. Great Taste Award winner 2005. Prepared with 55g of fruit per 100g; total sugar content is 63g per 100g.
