Pomona takes its name from the Roman goddess of fruit. A secret blend of juice and Cider Brandy from the vintage apple orchards, matured in small oak barrels at the Somerset Cider Brandy Company in Kingsbury Episcopi. A full bodied warming digestif with a smooth butterscotch finish and lingering aftertaste; excellent with cheese.
