a great experience will be ordering again. delivered on time even tho the weather was shocking. the only negative i can say was the christmas pie was a little disapointing the crust was soggy and it was too rich not just for me but an all round comment at the table.

Good product, but disappointing that you couldn't specify whether delivery would be morning or afternoon. I'd expect to have to wait in all day if I was waiting for the gas man or a delivery from Currys or Amazon, but I'd have expected F&F to offer a more customer-friendly service.

Not every single item is to every one's taste. I have had good, I have had excellent, and I have had disappointing products. Luckily, the majority have been excellent and I am becoming more selective from your catalogue.
