Simply Real Sausages

Nothing beats sausage and mash, but the quality of the sausage is key. Simply Real Sausages, are leaders in gourmet sausages. Ordered by The Ivy and Le Gavroche among other notable establishments, they offer an exciting range of flavours. The London Rich Sausage was voted best mail order sausage in BBC Good Food magazine. They only use prime pork shoulder from outdoor reared pigs for all of their pork sausages, as outdoor rearing is better for the animals which in turn produces happier, less stressed pigs, which greatly increases the flavour. The steak used is always from the choicest cuts and all the pork and beef is farmed in the UK. The skins used are all natural to give a toothsome, sticky coating to the perfect banger.
