Tunworth is an award winning soft cheese from Hampshire and works beautifully with the fig and beetroot in recipe number one. Our roasted white onion tartlets are like a quiche but with puff pastry and a gorgeously rich filling made with caramelised onions, egg yolks and cream. Each tart is the perfect size for one portion.
• Cooking
  • Remove from fridge, allow to come up to room temperature and serve. Or to serve warm, heat for 10 minutes in a 180'C oven.

  • Fridge: Minimum 10 days
    Freezer: Up to 3 months
