  • >Order by 10am for next day delivery> We cut long, round fillets from sushi-grade fresh tuna and salmon loins, then sear them to just cook the outer edge before rolling in a combination of coriander, sesame and pink peppercorns. At home you simply slice them into finger thick rolls and serve with the soy and wasabi dipping sauce provided. Great for canapés or a dinner party starter.
