We wrap whole salmon fillets in puff pastry with wild rice, egg and wholemeal crêpes. You just have to stick it in the oven and enjoy. Delicious hot or cold. Ideal for a buffet as each serves six.
  • Cooking
    • Preheat oven to 220ºC and cook for 14 minutes6 minutes. Turn down oven to 180ºC and cook for further 6 minutes a until golden brown and piping hot throughout. Enjoy hot or cold.
  • Storage
    • Fridge: Min 7 days, unopened
      Freezer: Not Suitable for home freezing.

      This was a lovely dish, nicely produced. The pastry was gorgeous and the salmon very tasty. The only slight niggle would be that the pastry was a little thin on top and therefore fell apart slightly when I came to unwrap the item prior to cooking.
