  • Preparation:

    Remove the mulled pears from the liquid and half them, pour the liquid into a saucepan and heat over a high heat until it is reduced by 2 thirds and is a syrupy consistency, set aside and cool. Serve a generous slice of Chocolate Torte with half a mulled pear per person and a drizzle of the syrup.
