Everything was fine until the delivery did not arrive on a Saturday morning (paid to specify). We phoned the deliverers and found out it was coming around 2pm so panic over (food was for dinner party that night)

Whilst the product itself was excellent, we thought the lack of cooking instructions was very bad. Yes we could go on the internet and find them BUT when you're coooking Xmas dinner or even may be with a relative who doesn't have internet access, you could come a bit unstuck. In the end we guesse...
Amazing, the taste, the smell when it was fresh as well as when it was cooked! The quality of pork is beyond words, really good. The only downside was that the vacuum packaging was ripped which meant there was blood that i had to clean up.

The packaging was not as good as in past years. There seemed to a be less dry ice and consequently the product was not as chilled as should be and had started to leak within the packaging

Looks ok but not attempted to cook it yet. Will ignore their comments for cooking it on the site as i did read comments that were very negative. Its very wet inside so will need several hours to dry out completeky before it will ever make crackling
Everything arrived on time and I'm sure Pugh's Porchetta will be as good as always.
Highly succulent and tasty. One complaint -- it was almost impossible to get crackling crisp. I followed online directions but fat was rubbery -- until I popped it on the gas grill for a few mins. Otherwise a delicious piece of meat.

I order this product every year and it is always excellent. Although the cooking instructions are in your catalogue, I would find it very useful to have them on the product.

The meat was tasty and tender but the skin was leathery and not crispy when following the cooking instructions. A difficult shape to cook in the oven. I probably wouldnt order it again.
