Popina is an award-winning artisan bakery based in London. It is led by Isadora Popovic, a Goldsmiths Art College Graduate who received support from the Prince's Trust to start her own business. The focaccia pastry is made with organic stoneground English flour and the fillings are packed full of fresh British ingredients. Grana Padano, incidentally, is a parmesan-like Italian hard cheese.
