Plaice Parcels with Lobster, Salmon Mousse & Spinach

  • >Order by 10am for next day delivery> A dish inspired by the Roux brothers, under whose tutelage our chef Lloyd Hardwick learned his trade. We line succulent fillets of plaice with spinach then wrap them round salmon and lobster mousse. Light fantastic.

• Cooking
  • Transfer to a greased baking sheet and warm in a 180C oven for 8-10 minutes or place in a microwave on full power for 90 seconds. Check that the fish is warm throughout and serve.
• Storage
  • Fridge: Minimum 5 days, unopened
    Freezer: Can be frozen for up to 3 months
