Forman & Field is part of H. Forman & Son, a family-run smoked salmon business that dates back to the 19th century. From purpose-built premises in the East End of London we have diversified our range and supply bespoke gourmet quality dishes and delicacies to some of the world's finest gastronomic establishments.

Our own world famous smoked salmon, the highest grade fresh fish, specially selected meats, poultry, charcuterie, cheese,patisserie, chocolate – if it's made in Britain and it tastes amazing, we deliver it to your door.

Not only will they assist in structuring your meals, but we also provide an approximate price per head so you can see what great value restaurant quality home entertaining can be.
The key to a great dinner party is being able to enjoy it. Our ready-to-serve delicacies mean you’ll be spending more time with your guests. The ‘menus’ are merely suggestions of what you might serve, from the hundreds of gourmet foods available. Feel free to pick and choose your favourite things, or even go off-menu. You might choose a couple of starters, mains and desserts to give your guests a choice; it’s really up to you.
We also recommend wine pairings with the same award winning English wines we serve at Forman’s Restaurant.
Our chef, Lloyd Hardwick trained under the Roux brothers at Le Gavroche. He and his team devise and prepare dishes for Forman’s Restaurant as well as supplying renowned kitchens across the country. Thanks to Forman & Field you can serve those exact same dishes to guests at a fraction of the cost of dining out. Our Black Cod in Miso, for example, isless than £9 perhead. In a famous London restaurant you would pay upwards of £40!
