Use of Images

If we find that other company has used one of our pictures without prior permission, they will be required to remove it and they will receive an invoice for 1000 payable within 7 days or face court action.

Ordering & Dispatch

As our products are sourced from small, speciality producers and in most cases are produced to order especially for you, we may require some notice to dispatch goods.

We deliver every day from Tuesday to Saturday, you can check the earliest available date as you add items to your basket.

If you need items to keep until a particular date, please check the storage information for each product to ensure that it is suitable. If in doubt, please call us on 0208 5252 352 to check.

Standard Non-UK Mainland Delivery Charges

Please note the delivery charges of 4.95 / 9.95 / FREE (depending on order value) cover UK mainland only. Delivery to non-UK mainland destinations incur the following charge:
We regret that we are unable to send goods beyond the UK.


Orders are sent by overnight courier. We will always request that a parcel is 'left safe' if there is nobody in to sign for the goods. However this is cannot be guaranteed and is at the discretion of the driver whether he/she feels it is safe to do so. If you are not at home it may not be possible to leave it, or to attempt delivery until the next working day. It If you have particular delivery instructions or would not like your order to be left without a signature, please advise at the time of ordering.

Where possible we would advise taking delivery at a business premises where someone will be available throughout working hours, it is also possible to send goods to a neighbour. Please note it is not possible to give multiple alternatives for the delivery address.

It is your duty to ensure that your requested delivery date is suitable for either yourself or your gift recipient to accept an order.

We cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.

Please note it is a requirement of the courier company that we must have the telephone number at the delivery address.

Unless you are contacted by our sales team, your goods will be despatched on the agreed date and could be delivered any time up until 5pm. Please note that we cannot track the exact location of your order during the day, if your order has not arrived by 3pm then please call us and we will do our upmost to track the parcel and ascertain an estimated time of arrival. If you have provided an email address at the time of ordered then you should also receive a tracking email from our courier company which you can use to check progress.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Whilst every effort will be made to meet customers demands, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought,Severe Weather or other causes beyond the control of Forman & Field LLP.

Complaints Procedure

It is your responsibility to check your order carefully immediately on receipt of goods. In the unlikely event of goods being unsatisfactory, damaged or incomplete you should accept delivery and contact us within 2 working days.


All products are produced in nut environments and could possibly be contaminated with nuts.

Cancellations and Returns

As our products are supplied fresh and produced to order, we regret that once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel it and refunds cannot be given. Consequently credit card authorisation and payment will be taken upon placement of orders. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. Do not return goods without first speaking to a customer services advisor.

Supplier Capacity

Our suppliers are small-scale, independent producers; therefore all products are subject to availability. In the event of a product being temporarily unavailable, we will forward your main order, followed by the rest of your order as soon as possible or we will offer a credit to the same value. There will be no extra charge for this service. If, for reasons beyond our control, a product is unobtainable we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund as soon as possible.

Corporate Gifts

If you wish to place a corporate order to send the same goods to a large number of recipients please call for a special quotation.

Catalogue Accuracy

Every care has been taken to ensure that all prices and descriptions in our catalogue are correct. In the case of error you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. We apologise if this is the case. We have identified where possible products which contain nuts, however we would advise customers with nut allergies to check the manufacturer's label.

Privacy Policy

Apart from using your personal information to process any orders you may place, if you provide Forman & Field with an email address, it will automatically be entered into our regular email update service. From time to time, we may also contact you by post with information on special offers or events regarding our products or services. We may also pass your details to trusted third parties that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive updates or marketing information from either us or third parties, please contact us.
