On Freezer Freezer: Do not freeze
Cooking instructions Preheat your oven to 190oC. Wrap in foil with a little water or white wine, and place in roasting tray. Cook for 45 mins, then remove from the foil and cook for a further 15 to 20 mins. If juices are still pink, put back in the oven for 10 mins.
