A bit dry and not very special - none of the sour taste I expect from sourdough, or chewy crust, but instead a crumbly crumb. I would choose a rating a bit more positive than poor, but there's no choice between 'good' and 'poor' (and 'poor' and 'bad' are almost the same thing …)

The bread was very dry and also over salted for my taste. Even though the bread was probably baked the day before I received it, it really did taste so dry that after a few slices I used the rest for breadcrumbs.
