  • The Rhug Estate produces truly superlative organic lamb that is regularly served at restaurants of the calibre of the Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and River Cafe. Lord Newborough and his dedicated team operate a closed system where all feed is grown on the estate, water is drawn from their own well, hanging and butchery is carried out on the premises. That means they have complete control over the end result - incredibly tasty lamb. Highly recommended.
