FORMANS SMOKED SALMON PIZZA – tried and thoroughly tested in the office! Made with a flatbread base, topped with buffalo mozzarella, beetroot, courgette and dill. Two 9″ pizzas per box.

FORMANS DRESSED LOBSTER – a beautiful whole lobster prepped in our kitchen. Tail meat is picked and then mixed celery, celeriac, pine nuts, mustard, mayo, lemon and parsley. Serves 2.
