There are many great things about Britain and cheddar is one of them. Made by Jamie Montgomery & Steve Bridges in Somerset who were awarded Champion Cheesemaker of the World this year!
A world class cheese made in Hampshire, compared with Camembert but frankly ten times better with a rich, sweet, nutty heavenly flavour made with pasturised cows milk.

So simple to make, but a well kept secret. Our top selling Welsh Rarebit Topping is simply made with: Montgomery’s Cheddar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and a splash of locally brewed Hoxton Stout.
