Your catalogue a) says this serves 6-8, and b) shows a cut of beef completely different to the one we received this morning. I'm afraid I wouldn't have ordered this if I had seen a picture of it, and known its size.

A beautifully textured salt beef, evidently made from well matured beef - nothing like the bland pap you get in supermarkets.
As instructed, out of the bag the meat was so tough as to be nearly inedible. However, after cooking for a long period (as you would with any other cut of salt/corned beef) it was delicious. So, it is a bit difficult to rate.
