Rabbit, Apple & Cider Pie

• Description
  • Handmade in small batches, this is a cracking pie for a family lunch. Made with Norfolk rabbit, cider and apples with a modicum of fresh cream, all encased in a grain mustard and herb pastry that’s particularly crisp. Serve warm for best results.
• Cooking
  • Place in medium oven at 180°C/gas mark 4 for approx 25-30 min or until piping hot.
• Storage
  • Fridge: 5-9 days.
