We're Recruiting Sales and Customer Services staff now!
Main Responsibilities:
Inbound sales – taking telephone orders, upselling, dealing with often challenging and complicated queries to a high standard, processing catalogue requests, first point of contact for complaint resolution.
Conducting ocassional outbound telephone, email and direct mail sales campaigns.
Processing orders received by post, web and fax – entering orders accurately and efficiently, checking details with customers where necessary.
Assisting in administration of customer accounts.
Assisting with administration of customer database, filing etc when required.
Assisting with day to day management of website, uploading new products etc when required.
Experience/Qualifications:
Educated to at least A-Level Standard, ideally to degree level.
Good understanding of the importance of customer service, some experience of a customer-orientated environment is preferred.
Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office essential.
Some experience and/or background knowledge of quality food would be an asset.

Terms
Hours: 8.30 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday (overtime including some weekend work will be required during December)
Salary dependent on experience
Contract: Temporary from immediate start until 31st December. Permanent extension prospect for the right candidate.
