NEW Ticklemore

Ticklemore, made by Robin Congdon on his farm overlooking the Dart estuary, is quite a rarity – a hard goat’s cheese. It has a delicate, goaty flavour, a fudgy sweetness and a moist, flakey texture, without the overpowering pungency of most goat’s cheese, which makes it a match made in heaven for rose wine.
