Good quality, reliable premium products. Somewhat lax in helping customers with basic information though - ie cooking times/instructions. If this information had been included on the products, then I would unquestionably rate F&F excellent in question 2 rather than merely good.

Very disappointed overall. Packaged in too big a box so all the food was free to roll around and become damaged. All had been pre frozen so couldn't be frozen again (which I would have liked to have done given short shelf life of some items. I phoned and emailed to complain but had to wait over a we...
