Did not receive goods until day after arranged delivery. Parcel Force attempted delivery next day before 8am when I was in shower. I had to spend a long time on phone in order to rearrange delivery.

We are loyal F & F customers over several years and always enjoy our purchases from them. I think it is rather silly to send this questionnaire on the foods I have bought as they were only delivered today and are clearly intended for Christmas. I haven't tried any of them yet so can't comment ...
