>Order by 10am for next day delivery> A brilliant retro dish that's richly deserving of a revival. Succulent lobster meat, mixed with a wine, cream, cheese and mustard sauce and piled back into the shell ready for baking. Serve with a bottle of Biddenden white and a Burt Bacharach LP.
- Transfer to a baking tray and cook in a 200C oven for 12 minutes, then finish off under the grill until the cheese is golden brown. Serve with a crisp, green salad.
