Keen's Cheddar

There are two aristocratic cheddars out there right now. One is Montgomery's, the other is Keen's. It's a real cracker, slightly spicier and sharper than Monty's. Made at Moorhayes Farm near Wincanton in Somerset by the Keen family with unpasteurised milk from their herd of cows which grazes on the lush pastures at the northern end of the Blackmoor Vale.
