Recommended to us by Bernard Alessi of Simple Simon's Pies, Jimmy Bogle makes the haggis to end them all. It involves natural casings, Scottish oatmeal and a heady concoction of spices. Serve "the chieftain o' the puddin'-race", as Burns would have said, with neeps and tatties.
