To be sure we specialise in British food but it would be churlish to exclude cheeses from those parts of the Emerald Isle below the border. Our Irish cheeseboard consists of Coolea, a mature Gouda-style cheese from County Cork, Cashel Blue, a lip-smacking blue cheese, Adrahan, a milky-sweet cheese from County Cork and St Tola, a fresh, creamy goat’s milk cheese from County Clare.
