Irish Cheese Selection

Our Irish cheese selection consists of Cashel Blue which is creamy, richly marbled, delightfully nutty and made by Jane and Louis Grubb in Tipperary. Durrus , made by Jeffa Gill in County Cork, which is a mushroomy, silky textured cheese. St Tola is a fresh and lactic goats cheese made by Siobhan Ni Ghairbhith in County Clare. Finally, Coolea is made by Dickie Willems at Coolea Farm, near Macroom in Cork. Smooth and gouda-like it's rich, sweet and caramelly. Our thanks to Neal's Yard as always.
