Homemade Fishcakes

Homemade fishcakes are a Forman & Field speciality. Proper chunks of fresh fish with subtle seasoning. They’re all great but the hot-smoked salmon cakes have been getting rave reviews since they were added this year. We recommend frying in butter (with a drop of oil to prevent it burning) for approximately 2-3 minutes each side.
