    • >Order by 10am for next day delivery> Homemade fishcakes are a Forman & Field speciality. Proper chunks of fresh fish with subtle seasoning. They’re all great but the hot-smoked salmon cakes have been getting rave reviews since they were added this year. We recommend frying in butter (with a drop of oil to prevent it burning) for approximately 2-3 minutes each side.

  • Cooking
    • Fry in butter with a drop of vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • Storage
    • Fridge: Minimum 6 days, unopened
      Freezer: Can be frozen for up to 3 months

    • D2260: Fresh farmed Scottish salmon (50%), lobster (10%), potato, onion, herbs, flour, egg, salt & pepper. NB Whilst every care has been taken to remove small bones or shell some may be present in this product.

      D2259: Hot smoked farmed Scottish salmon, potato, onion, breadcrumbs, flour, egg, chives, parsley, salt & pepper. NB Whilst every care has been taken to remove small bones or shell some may be present in this product.
