  • A ham and chicken pie might be a humdrum affair in some people’s hands but our Norfolk pie-maker extraordinaire, turned it into a work of art with locally reared corn-fed chicken and ham made from free range pork. Crusty and succulent at the same time.

• Ingredients
  • Blythburgh free range ham/bacon (29%), diced chicken (29%), flour, lard, water, spinach (4%), egg, sugar, salt, pepper, jelly (carrots, onion, garlic, chicken bones, beef gelatine)
    *May contain fragments of bone

Where we buy a product in it is on a 'wholesale' basis since we are the end retailer, and in those cases we are always clear to say so. That does not however mean that goods are mass-produced or not made by hand. The pie in question is here is made by hand by a small bus...
