Poorly packed, making some food inedible because of spillage. Reimbursed but only for lost food, nothing allowed for time spent washing each item and visiting tip with smelly polystyrene box.

Delicious - surprised at the lack of salt, and there was a predominance of star anise which overpowered the dill, but the product was overall delicate and tasty

Let down on the delivery did not receive goods until Sat. 24th December, requested for Friday 23rd December, but in fairness to F & F we did receive a call from you at around 3pm to say that the delivery had gone to the wrong depot and would be with us on Saturday.

I would have liked an email to say the goods had been despatched as when I looked at the order on the website it gave no info about despatch.
