Delicious - surprised at the lack of salt, and there was a predominance of star anise which overpowered the dill, but the product was overall delicate and tasty

Let down on the delivery did not receive goods until Sat. 24th December, requested for Friday 23rd December, but in fairness to F & F we did receive a call from you at around 3pm to say that the delivery had gone to the wrong depot and would be with us on Saturday.

Whilst their food is great, I'm afraid you can't trust their delivery service. Ordering 7 weeks in advance, I paid for their pre-midday delivery, but the food actually arrived at 9:40pm; two hours after my dinner guests had arrived. Forman & Field's customer service did their best, and were help...

I would have liked an email to say the goods had been despatched as when I looked at the order on the website it gave no info about despatch.

all dealings with the company have been good...staff knowledgeable and keen to help, but when the order arrived it was incomplete. No explanation and now too late to get the missing items replaced...will have to go out and seek alternatives.
