Our Foie Gras de Canard is supplied by an English husband and wife team who left their London deli business to escape to the country in Hampshire. Apart from a few restaurants, they are almost certainly the only makers of 'fresh' Foie Gras in the UK. They get their livers from farmers who are not allowed more than 1000 ducks at a time and they have to be kept completely free range.
