Fridge: Fresh Turkeys will keep at least until Boxing day. Remove giblets from cavity and use immediately. Then keep your bird below 5'C, ideally in a fridge or in the delivery poly box in a cold place with refrozen ice packs.
Freezer: 3 months if delivered fresh

Its densely textured meat is beautifully moist and full of flavour because it is raised slowly on locally grown cereals and vegetable protein, a diet that is additive, drugs, growth promoter and GM free. The Kelly family allow their turkeys to roam freely in pastures, stubble fields and woodlands and at night have the shelter of open-sided pole barns with deep straw and plenty of fresh air. The birds are hand plucked and hung in a chilled environment to develop an even fuller flavour. It makes a difference. So even if Santa lets you down you’ll still have something to look forward to.
