I have had Geese from farms all over the country and from very very smart butchers in London but this one was the best. Because of the large size of the box I kept it outside until Christmas Day and it was fresh and dry for the day - delicious!

I would probably order a bigger bird if I was doing goose again: the tast was lovely, but the carving was a real effort.

Delivery arrived as promised, goose excellently packed, delicious, excellent service. Smoked salmon excellent and smoked just to perfection, and the christmas pud was great, would definitely order again next year.

Everything was excellent, especially the goose. The only small problem was delivery was about two hours after the specified time
