F & F Lemon Curd

Free range eggs and unwaxed lemons – important because the flavour is in the zest – enable us to create this divine curd. It’s ultra smooth, thanks to the addition of butter, and there are strictly no added preservatives or thickening agents to leave a nasty taste in the mouth. Very fine indeed.
