I would have liked an email to say the goods had been despatched as when I looked at the order on the website it gave no info about despatch.
Haven't tasted it yet. Definitely not the same as the picture as the rind is pale brown and not black. However looks very tasty all the same.

"Mild cured" is a slight understatement. This is quite a strong ham. Excellent texture. Good with a green salad or new potatoes. Not for sandwiches!
