Emmett's of Peasenhall Bacon

Emmett's have been curing bacon and ham in Suffolk since 1820. Free range pork from within 25 miles of the premises is first brined, then marinaded for 6 weeks in a sweet mixture of stout, molasses, herbs and spices and finally smoked in brick kilns. The mild cure will appeal to all, the black is richer and deeper in flavour. Both are stupendous.
