  • >Order by 10am for next day delivery> Free range pork from within 25 miles of the premises is first brined, then marinated for six weeks in a mixture of stout, molasses, herbs and spices and finally smoked in brick kilns. The mild cure will appeal to all, the ‘Black’ is richer and deeper in flavour. All our Emmett's bacon is now produced without the addition of nitrites.
