Duck a L'Orange
||Two duck breasts, Serves Two
Two fresh, young, English free-range duck breasts in a citrus jus with fresh orange segments and basil. A great dish for a special supper for two. The sweet citrus flavours are a classic match for the rich meat.
- Remove breasts from pack and fry in oil over a high heat for 8 minutes, allow to rest for 3 minutes. While resting pour marinade from pack into frying pan and bubble for 3 minutes. Serve with the marinade poured over.
Fridge: Minimum 6 days, unopened
Freezer: Can be frozen for up to 3 months
