Dry Cured Bacon Denhay Farms

Denhay have been farming the Marshwood bay since Commander Streatfield and Lord Hood founded the business in 1954.Their bacon is made from outdoor-reared, British pork to a traditional recipe. It has that 'how it used to taste' factor in spades, just what you would expect from a business with such solid foundations. The fresh pork loins an bellies are cured in dry sea salt, smoked as required and sliced freshly to order. The bacon cooks beautifully and has a tastebud -tingling rich flavour.
