• Cooking
  • To make a classic sole meuniere toss each fish in seasoned flour and fry in butter over a medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Add a good squeeze of lemon and serve with herb mash and the juices from the pan poured over the top.

    Freezer: Can be frozen for up to 3 months
