The largest herd of fallow deer in Europe grazes the beautiful Denham Estate in Suffolk. Fallow deer provides the best venison and Denham quality control standards mean you will only get beautifully tender, properly hung, properly matured cuts. Faultless and excellent value for money.
    
    Our venison is only available previously frozen. It will still cook beautifully and are available at short notice so are perfect if you have last minute visitors. We don't advise home freezing though.
