Denham Estate Tasting Box

A spectacular selection of rare breed pork, beef, fallow deer and lamb – enough to keep you in stews, BBQs and Sunday lunches for months. Set in deepest Suffolk, the Denham Estate is best known for being home to the largest herd of fallow deer in Europe. As well as the best venison you’ll ever taste, Denham are also breeders of Red Poll Cattle, Denham Castle Lamb, and a variety of fully traceable rare breed pigs including the Lop, Gloucester Old Spot and the Tamworth.

The Denham Castle breed of sheep originates from Soay mothers and Southdown tups. The end result is richly-flavoured, wonderfully succulent lamb. Denham’s pigs are all reared slowly and naturally, allowing them to develop more fat which gives a deeper, richer flavour and a really juicy texture. The sausages are enhanced with apple juice from the estate orchards.
