We have had this product on previous occassions and have really enjoyed it, but this particular item was of poor quality, tasteless and dry.
The service was very efficient and reliable - delivery arrived on time, staff were pleasant on the phone when we ordered - it helped make Christmas worry-free - thank you and a Happy New Year to all concerned.
the piece of cheese that was received would not serve up to 10 as the wedge was over 100g underweight therefore only had under 400g of stilton
I had placed an order to be delivered on 23rd December. However, I received a telephone call on 23rd to say that there was a problem at the distribution centre and delivery would definately be made on Christmas Eve - sure enough it was at 9.45am.
Everything was excellent has always thank-you.
