This is hard to answer as it may be very good quality & we may just have bad taste but to us it tasted & smelled like it was off. We tried it but couldn't eat it. We do both love pâté & often make our own.

Parcel arrived early. Same man delivers every year, and is very helpful, carrying box into kitchen for my elderly aunt. This year he was soaking wet but just as cheerful!
It discoloured very quickly from pink to grey — there was already some discolouration when I opened it. It would have been nice to be prepared for this.
The packing and delivery were as excellent as ever. We were very disappointed with the Coq au Vin. The colour was very unappertising and the chicken not at all tender. Very good but I thought I was getting parfait that could be sliced & arranged on a plate. Instead it remained in the jar and people spooned a helping! Good for advertising but not something Buckingham Palace would serve.
