    • A restaurant-quality parfait made with free-range chicken livers cooked slowly in a water bath to remove any hint of bitterness. We add cognac, season and seal with butter. In addition to the classic large kilner jar, we now offer a delectable alternative presented in mini kilner jars as shown with three different jelly toppings:Mead & Thyme, Sloe Gin and Port. They come in twos.
