The cake was ordered as a birthday gift and reportedly arrived on time, safe and packed very well. It was also said that the victoria sponge was "lush" and possibly "the best ever".

this cake was really delicious and was soon gobbled up by our family
The pre-midday delivery went awry- because parcelforce used a courier to deliver the boxes, so, had to wait at home until 3pm. This was not F&F's doing but they were very helpful and had tried to let us know about the delay. Will definitely order from them again.
Very professional high class service
overall very good, disapointed that the soup spilt! had to wipe down the other boxes and throw the soup out, I will try again though.

very pleased with service - delicious products and delivery was on time. Only slight negative was that the black cod with miso sauce had slightly spilled out, so the package was rather sticky!
