The Chef’s Three Bird Roast is a gastronomic version of our regular roast, created for leading chefs, that looks sensational on the plate and tastes as good as it looks. Instead of a whole chicken we only use prime breast meat and wrap the whole ‘bird’ in caul fat which makes it even easier to carve perfectly right to the end of the roast and ensures the skin is perfectly basted.
